Sub-processors

Promptster, a product of VKRA Inc, uses the following third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to process data on behalf of our customers. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and is subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement.

Changes to Sub-processors
We may update the list of sub-processors from time to time as our infrastructure evolves. Per the terms of our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), customers will be notified of any changes to sub-processors before they take effect. If you have specific requirements around sub-processor changes, these can be addressed through your DPA.
